This hot spot location is wonderful. It is spot on!! The food is great and amazingly delicious it is fresh all ingredients. My son mentioned the soup base is better than equivalent restaurants in Denver. The people who work there are sincere, honest, respectful, caring, professional. My experience with the service was very positive. I left that restaurant feeling very satisfied. I will continue to spread the word and speak about my wonderful experience eating and enjoying my food there.
The food was amazing the service was kinda trash i went with a friend and that friend had to wave down our server and still had to get up to go to the counter and order.
Awesome spot. The only downside was a slight lack of communication, but it didn't impede our visit at all. The food is amazing, we had hot pot with Tom yum broth. All the ingredients brought out to the table raw, cook yourself. Just the way I like it. The men who served us were polite and gave small treats alongside our food, a cute touch. The boba smoothies were incredible too!
Ambiance was good, background music was superb. The food was delicious. The cost of the all you can eat was beyond reasonable for the amount of food and choices you get. Just be mindful and don't order more than you can actually eat. They also have a lot of a la carte to choose from. The jasmine milk tea was so good as well Service was spectacular. We found the hot pot place we'll definitely be returning to.
This place is great and really underrated. Delicious food, service is incredible, and they're really just so nice. They helped us out with seating a big party in a fun way and we had a great time. Good quality and delicious
Food was really delicious, ordered the pork/vegetables stir fry over rice noodles and crab cheese wonton, they added scallions to the wonton which I haven't had before and it made them even better. They also had the super bowl playing on their 9 TV array which was cool to watch while I ate. Overall great place and the hospitality of the staff was superb. One of the better dinners I've had in Colorado springs.
What a wonderful place! This is an all you can eat hot pot experience for such a great price. The food is fresh and delicious and the owner and staff are excellent and very hospitable. Hot pot is meant to be enjoyed slowly and with time. Even though it’s all you can eat, the owner has always encouraged us to give ourselves plenty of time to fully enjoy the food and experience. Each time we came it has been such a treat. I’ve been to a different hot pot restaurant on Barnes as well but that one always felt rushed, cramped, hectic, and cost a lot more. Here you can fully take your time and enjoy without being rushed out the door for the next guest. This is the hot pot place to go in Colorado Springs. I highly recommend this place!
Drastically underestimated this place. Perfect food and atmosphere. Was so delicious it’s become our weekly thing for now!
